Cabin & aircraft fit
Share seating, baggage, connectivity, and cabin priorities. The selected aircraft’s specification is reviewed against your needs.
SORAVIA / THE CHARTER EXPERIENCE
Your time in the air should reflect the way you want to travel.
Plan your journeyPERSONAL BY DESIGN
Private aviation opens room for a more personal travel plan. The cabin, the pace of the day, the people with you, and the practical details all matter.
Tell us what you value. A quiet cabin for working, space for family, particular catering, or flexibility around a busy schedule. Those preferences help frame the proposal and the conversations that follow.
BEYOND THE ITINERARY
Share seating, baggage, connectivity, and cabin priorities. The selected aircraft’s specification is reviewed against your needs.
Catering, dietary requests, pets, and other onboard preferences should be discussed in advance and confirmed for the chosen aircraft.
Airport preferences, arrival timing, and ground arrangements influence the journey beyond the aircraft. Tell us what you need.
Cross-border itineraries can involve additional documentation and planning. Requirements are considered for the passengers and destinations.
If a day, airport, or departure window is flexible, include that in the brief. It can help the team consider the available options.
You can bring flight preferences, future travel, and broader aircraft ownership questions to the same Soravia relationship.
BEFORE YOUR NEXT DEPARTURE
A few details that make planning easier.
Use the flight planner to enter your route, travel dates, passenger count, and aircraft preferences. Compare category estimates, select a profile, and send your inquiry directly to Soravia. For an early-stage conversation, use the private inquiry form.
Yes. The planner supports one-way, round-trip, and multi-city requests. Each flight is evaluated for aircraft availability, range, airport suitability, and operational requirements. Share your full itinerary so the proposal can be considered as a whole.
Your route, passengers, luggage, cabin preferences, and schedule guide the selection. If you do not have a category in mind, choose “Recommend an aircraft” and tell us what matters most to you.
The planner provides indicative category estimates and prepares a request. Estimates do not establish a contractual price and are subject to change and availability. Soravia confirms the specific aircraft, final pricing, and flight arrangements separately.
Include those preferences when planning your flight. Catering, pets, baggage, and ground arrangements need to be reviewed against the selected aircraft, itinerary, and applicable requirements.
Enter the preferred departure time in the local time zone of the departure airport for each flight. If your schedule is flexible, leave the time blank and mention the flexibility in your notes.
Before sending a request, use “Edit itinerary” to update the planner and compare the refreshed category estimates. If you have already sent it, contact Soravia with the changes. Revisions may affect aircraft availability, the proposed schedule, and pricing.
Routes, approximate dates, passenger count, baggage, and any important onboard requirements give us a useful starting point. For international travel, passenger documentation and destination requirements are reviewed as planning progresses.
